Noah’s Animals will occasionally offer SALES, DISCOUNTS, COUPONS and PROMOTIONS. These discount coupons, sales prices and extended free shipping offers are valid only during the times and dates specifically stated in the promotion and cannot be applied to prior sales. Monitors, Colors and Dimensions
Every computer monitor, laptop or widescreen has individual settings and positions that greatly affect the colors of photographs. Please remember that although we do everything possible to properly represent the colors of the items we sell, your monitor may present the colors differently.
All dimensions presented on our website must be understood to be approximate. Some of our items are hand made and there are slight variations in dimensions.

Orders placed on-line are completely secure via our shopping cart. Your VISA, MasterCard, or Discover card will NOT be charged at the time of order. Once placed, your order will be securely transmitted to us. We will confirm availability and ship date, enter your order, process your credit card, and send you an e-mail regarding your order and expected ship date. All orders will be confirmed immediately and then upon the processing of your card, will be confirmed again, usually within 48 hours. We also accept orders with payments via PAYPAL(for American Express users, this is the only method we accept AMEX). Please select that option at checkout if you prefer.
If you prefer we accept checks and money orders. Please include with your payment the item number, item name, quantity purchased, shipping costs (calculated from the item page) and total amount. We will also need your complete ship to address and phone number. Orders will not be shipped until your check or money order clears our bank which normally takes from 5-10 business days.

SALES TAX...
If your items are shipped to the state of California, we will automatically charge the 8.75% sales tax and it will be added to your order. No sales tax is charged or collected for items delivered anywhere else.

30 DAY UNCONDITIONAL CUSTOMER SATISFACTION GUARANTEE...
Excellent customer service is a foundation of our company. If, FOR ANY REASON, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it TO OUR STORE in Fountain Valley, CA, within 30 days of receipt, for a store credit or a refund of the cost of the item or items purchased only, MINUS any shipping and handling costs that we incurred shipping to you. All returns must be in exceptional, unused condition with original box and packaging materials, and RECEIVED by us in our store within the 30 days.
Clearance items, gift certificates, special orders, personalized items, are not returnable as these sales are final.
To process A RETURN YOU MUST:
* Receive a RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER by contacting Customer Service via email or by calling us at 800-368-NOAH(6624) for a return authorization number. This number is valid for 30 days from the date you received the product.
* Return your item TO OUR STORE IN Fountain Valley, CA, in its original packaging materials just like they were received.
* Insure the return for its full value.
* There will be a 25% restocking fee for items returned without a return authorization number, improperly packaged or for items returned to anywhere other than our store at the address below.

DAMAGED SHIPMENTS...
If your product was damaged in shipment, please call us immediately. It is very important for you to keep the original packaging. We will replace any damaged item at no cost to you and handle the processing of the damaged product, if we are notified within 3 days from the date the product was received.

We do however occasionally make mistakes, typos and we reserve the right to cancel an order in the event our published price is incorrect or if the shipping calculator was inoperable at the time of order and offered free shipping where inappropriate. SHIPPING AND HANDLING
Noah’s Animals usually offers a FREE SHIPPING SPECIAL! The threshold for free shipping changes frequently and to find what our current FREE SHIPPING special is, look for areas that address free shipping on each and every page of our website. Currently our shipping costs are;
Orders from $0.01. - $49.99 is a $4.95 shipping charge
Orders from $50.00 - $99.99 is a $7.95 shipping charge
Orders over $100.00 free shipping
This shipping policy may change at any time.
FREE SHIPPING Offers apply only to ground shipments (not expedited shipping) and to orders shipped to the contiguous 48 states and not to orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, Canada or overseas.
When a coupon is needed for free shipping and if your order is above our threshold and you use a special COUPON CODE your ground shipping will be free.
Real time shipping costs and expedited rates for all orders will be calculated for you at time of order.
Some products, if in our store inventory or in the manufacturer's inventory will be shipped the same or next business day and if not immediately available, may take up to 6 weeks. Each product on our website gives you estimated shipping dates. You will be notified via e-mail when your items ship, and in many cases you may receive your order in multiple shipments. And if you pay via a check or money order your order will not ship until your check or money order clears our bank, which usually takes 5-10 business days.
Ground shipments will be shipped via FEDEX or USPS depending upon from where we ship, ultimate destination, package size and weight. Most items can be shipped expedited and those rates will be calculated for you at time of order.
We will gladly ship to Alaska, Hawaii and overseas provided the size and weight of the item purchased allows us to. Most shipments to CANADA and overseas should ship via the USPS INTERNATIONAL PRIORITY MAIL. Please select that option in checkout to determine shipping costs if shipping to CANADA or overseas. And in cases where you do not see shipping charges, please contact us.
We traditionally ship via the USPS to CANADA. If shipping to Canada, please select the USPS INTERNATIONAL PRIORITY MAIL option for shipping to calculate your shipping costs.
OVERSEAS DUTIES, CUSTOMS BROKERAGE FEES or ROYALTIES...
For all sales to foreign countries including Canada, it is the responsibility of the customer to pay whatever import taxes, brokerage fees, royalties, customs, duties or other costs that may be imposed on the import of the product purchased, upon receipt of shipment. If you question these fees, please consult your local customs office, as we do not have that information.
Gift Cards
Noah’s Animals offers Electronic Gift Cards that can be emailed to your recipient on the date that you request. E-Gift Cards are available if you are unable to find the perfect gift and would like your recipient to be able to choose from our vast selection of wildlife themed gifts.
How to redeem the e-gift card will be included and the gift card/certificate will be redeemable for one year. The e-gift card/certificate will have no cash value and can be redeemed only for merchandise.
When placing your order for this e-gift card, please be sure to tell us in the comments section of your order, on what date to email the e-gift card. If no date is specified it will be emailed within one business day.
